The APC is used solely to support the editorial workflow, peer review management, copyediting, layout, online publication, and long-term digital archiving.

Payment of the APC does not influence editorial decisions. All submitted manuscripts are evaluated exclusively based on academic merit and relevance to the journal’s focus and scope.
